These special blends have, over the last 90 years, found flavour with discerning buyers in Japan, UK, Europe and UAE.  And found their way into tea cups around the globe.  Apart from our own production, the trading and export division handles well over 6 million kgs of tea every year.  Among our buyers are the leading tea companies and packers in Japan, UK, Continental Europe, Africa, Russia, Middle East and Sri Lanka.

Our volumetric Pneumatic Pouch Packing Machines can pack Tea Packets of 100 gms and 250 gmswith a capacity to pack around 60 M. Tons / month.

Tea Bagging Unit

Tea Bag Unit at Coimbatore  is spread over 18000 SqFt, specially catering to the needs of the discerning tea bag connoisseurs in India and Abroad. There are three IMA C-21 Double Chamber  machines with a capacity of 10 Million Tea Bags / month  caters to Domestic/Exports markets. The unit has capability to offer a wide range of Black / Green Tea Bags with and without flavour (Masala / Lemon / Mint / Ginger / Cardamom. Other machines are  Constanta Format IV machines,  Maisa-Single Chamber Machines & Pot Tea Bag machines. Constanta Format IV machines are Double Chamber Tea Bagging Machines with a capacity of 12Million Tea Bags / month. Maisa-Single Chamber Machines & Pot Tea Bag machines have the Capacity to produce 5 Million SC  bags/month  or 5 Million Sugar Sachets/Month. We can also offer Tea Bags under MB brand Black/Green tea Bags with and without flavor(Masala/Lemon/Mint/Ginger/Cardamom)
